STEP TWO – SAVINGS ANALYSIS

Our medical billing experts and healthcare advocates analyze your bills for overcharges, errors, and assess the reasonableness of the charges. Then, we apply our proprietary information and technology to estimate your savings at no cost to you.

STEP THREE – NEGOTIATION w/PROVIDERS BEGIN


Within 5 business days of your submittal, we will send you a report that includes any issues we found with your bill and an estimate of the savings. 

Upon your written authorization, our expert advocates negotiate your bills on your behalf with the provider. Once Apex is able to secure your savings with the provider, Apex charges a percentage fee based on the amount of the claim, the complexity of the claim, and the amount of money we reduce from your bill.

If we are unable to save you money, there is no fee for our service.

STEP FOUR – ENJOY YOUR SAVINGS AT NO RISK TO YOU

Since we do no collect a fee unless we save you money, there is no risk to you.
